{"id":55693,"date":"2022-06-18T06:00:15","date_gmt":"2022-06-18T10:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.radioamigavallenar.cl\/?p=55693"},"modified":"2022-06-18T00:24:19","modified_gmt":"2022-06-18T04:24:19","slug":"funcionaria-del-poder-judicial-sera-formalizada-por-encubrimiento-al-presunto-asesino-de-david-florido","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.radioamigavallenar.cl\/?p=55693","title":{"rendered":"Funcionaria del Poder Judicial ser\u00e1 formalizada por encubrimiento al presunto asesino de David Florido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda confirm\u00f3 que <strong>formalizar\u00e1n a una funcionaria del Poder Judicial<\/strong>\u00a0que\u00a0<strong>encubri\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0al<strong>\u00a0presunto asesino del cabo de Carabineros, David Florido Cisterna<\/strong>, durante los \u00faltimos d\u00edas<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n que revel\u00f3 el fiscal Metropolitano Sur,\u00a0<strong>H\u00e9ctor Barros<\/strong>, la funcionaria\u00a0<strong>mantendr\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n sentimental con\u00a0Juan Gonz\u00e1lez Quezada<\/strong>, sospechoso del asesinato del funcionario policial el pasado viernes\u00a0en una barber\u00eda de la comuna de Pedro Aguirre Cerda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExisten tres detenidos, el autor, m\u00e1s\u00a0<strong>dos personas que est\u00e1n por encubrimiento y una de ellas,<\/strong>\u00a0efectivamente es miembro del Poder Judicial\u201d, coment\u00f3 H\u00e9ctor Barros.<\/p>\n<h2>La funcionaria del Poder Judicial que fue detenida<\/h2>\n<p>La funcionaria\u00a0<strong>estaba encargada de sala del Octavo Juzgado de Garant\u00eda de Santiago<\/strong>, y durante los \u00faltimos d\u00edas habr\u00eda ocultado el paradero de su pareja, principal sospechoso en la muerte David Florido Cisterna.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo hay una organizaci\u00f3n el ocultamiento tiene que ver con otros v\u00ednculos, pero no es porque sea una organizaci\u00f3n que opere de esa manera.
