Rodolfo se form\u00f3 en las aulas del Liceo Cat\u00f3lico y en la Universidad de Atacama, y luego inici\u00f3 una exitosa trayectoria profesional y pol\u00edtica, ocupando en forma sobresaliente la Seremia de Energ\u00eda en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Su fallecimiento, por motivos de salud, se produjo en Santiago a la edad de 49 a\u00f1os .<\/p>\n<p>Desde hoy sabado sus restos ser\u00e1n velados en la funeraria Candelaria.
